Just to kick start the new year its always good to carry on the celebrations with a spring wedding!
Spring flowers are a firm favourite with me as they are all so small and delicate, and with a large variety of colours. Every spring flower from tulips and narcissus to ranunculus has its place at any wedding!
We were asked to create flowers that had a blue and white colour scheme, and with the arrival of all of the lovely spring flowers, I could not resist one of my all time favourites the humble anemone! Complimented with touches of sea holly, white wax flower, spray roses, hypericum and lots of mixed flowing foliages, these beautiful bouquets and buttonholes were just a pleasure to make!
Rich and warm colours are used to replicate the autumnal season, with new textures and foliages taking place, Bridal flowers get very interesting. Delicate anemones and ranunculus are coupled with berries, astrantia and wax flower, with an abundance of mixed foliages.
To celebrate the Royal London One-Day cup, The Flower Shop were asked to create some floral centre-pieces in Royal London colours and incorporating a cricket ball! We're always up for a floral challenge...especially when there's an abundance of lovely new seasonal blooms around!
Get in touch for any occasion, we love to get creative and come up with floral designs to make your day a bit special!
The beautiful ranunculus, need I say more? A close up I have taken earlier, shows the glossy and multi layers of the simple and delicate flower. The ranunculus comes in many different colours, each as incredible as the next!
