We were delighted to be asked to create beautiful wedding flowers for Maya and George's big day last weekend. They chose a colour scheme of lilac, purple and blues hues with touches of white, all in a very natural, loose style for their flowers.
We quickly recommend Summer's heavenly scented sweet peas and delicate love in the mist, a firm favourite of ours at this time of year. With a combination of poppy seed heads, lisianthus, scabious, veronica and lavender, this all created a wonderful wild and natural feel.
Maya and George married at Walton Castle, in Clevedon, an idyllic, picturesque and romantic venue. The sun shone all day, which made it perfect for the guest to meander around the stunning grounds.
Selections of varying size glass jars were filled with all of the bridal flowers, and placed around Walton Castle to decorate and emphasise the summery feel of the whole wedding.
George and his Groomsmen wore rustic buttonholes full of scent; lavender, rosemary and veronica.
