On the edge of the festive season, Jo and Keith decided to tie the knot in secret. Little did everyone know earlier in the day they got married at the Registry Office in Bristol, and then telling all friends and folk to come along and enjoy retirement celebrations! After dinner Keith made a speech announcing the happy wedding day to many surprised guests. I however was let into the secret early as I was asked to do the wedding flowers.
Being a budding florist herself, Jo made the trip with me to the flower market and choose her required autumnal wedding flowers. Rich orange and burgundy ranunculus, Black baccara roses, rose hips, deep red spray roses and vibernum berries, were the call of the day.
Being a floral designer, interpreting the Brides needs for her important day requires stealth and vision. According to the happy couple it was just perfect! I expect they are looking forward to their first Christmas together as Mr and Mrs Mitchlemore.
